We’re looking for full-time RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to join Vincentian. If your referral is hired as an RN, you each earn $5,000; as an LPN, you each earn $3,500; as a CNA, you each earn $3,000. For current employees, one-third of the referral bonus will be paid on the referred employee’s first day of employment; one-third at six months; and one-third at one year. The referral will receive the sign-on bonus in two increments – one at their six-month anniversary and the other at one year.
