Plan To Attend Vincentian’s Benefits Open Enrollment Days

Benefits Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to review your benefit coverage options and make choices for the upcoming calendar year. After the enrollment period, you cannot change your benefit elections unless you experience a qualifying status change.

The Vincentian 2022 Benefits Open Enrollment Guide will be available soon. It contains details about the 2022 UPMC Health Plan coverage for medical, dental and vision. Your manager will discuss open enrollment in your monthly staff meeting. Also, please make plans to attend one of the Benefits Open Enrollment Days on your campus for answers to your questions and help enrolling.

Important Reminders

• The Benefits Open Enrollment period is November 12 – 29, 2021.
• If you want benefits through Vincentian, you must enroll for 2022. Your 2021 enrollment will not carry over to 2022.
• Benefit elections become effective January 1, 2022, and remain in effect for the entire year.
• Make your benefit elections online at workforcenow.adp.com or use the ADP Mobile Solutions app.
