Dear Vincentian Colleagues,
We are pleased to introduce you to Alyssa DeLuca, Vincentian’s new Executive Director of Development and Mission Advancement! Alyssa will lead a newly reimagined development department (formerly known as the Foundation). You can click on Alyssa’s name above to connect with her via email.
Alyssa’s vision is to create a culture of philanthropy at Vincentian that moves away from transactional fundraising into a relationship-building model, focusing on more than just money. She looks forward to forming a team that will create an environment where fund development is a valued and mission-aligned component of everything we do, working closely with leaders across Vincentian to support organizational goals and ensure priority projects are aligned to tangible needs.
Alyssa is a Pittsburgh native and brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the philanthropic field, raising many millions of dollars throughout her career for organizations like Pressley Ridge, the American Heart Association, Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh.
She resides in Baldwin with her family and enjoys hockey and travel when she isn’t championing the mission of amazing organizations like Vincentian. Please join us in welcoming Alyssa to the team!
