The new Policies and Procedures Center is now live. You can access it at https://vincentian.ellucid.com/userLogin, and via a Vincentian computer, tablet, or work cell phone.
You have received an e-mail with instructions on how to login to review policies, procedures, and other documents like the Employee Handbook. Make sure you have a work or personal email address entered in ADP to receive important communications from the center.
The online center contains all Vincentian policies that had been housed on the VCS Policies drive, as well as additional clinical and childcare policies and compliance documents such as the Business Associate Agreement. The center also includes the Employee Handbook. Other documents, such as the All Hazards Plan, will continue to be added over time.
Certain changes to policies, procedures or the Employee Handbook will require employees to sign in, review, and acknowledge the change. This will be assigned through the Policies and Procedures Center, and employees will receive an e-mail instructing them to complete these competencies. Please make sure you have a work or personal email address entered in ADP to receive important communications from the Polices and Procedures Center.
A primary benefit of the online system is that it is a central database that can be updated in real time, eliminating the need for printed policies and procedures on site, which could be out of date. The Center also replaces the VCS Policies drive.
