Vincentian is always looking for new ways to provide rich benefits to our caregivers. In that spirit, we’re happy to introduce Bonding Leave.
Bonding Leave is two weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) for:
- A person who has given birth to a baby
- A spouse of a person who has given birth to a baby
- The recent adoption of a child
- Bringing a foster child into your home
This time is not bankable and must be used within the first three months after the birth of the baby or adoption. For full details on this benefit, please contact your People Operations & Engagement Specialist.
