On September 27, 2023, our namesake St. Vincent’s Feast Day, Vincentian proudly launched our year-long Centennial Celebration, marking 100 years of delivering compassionate human services in Western Pennsylvania since the opening of Vincentian Home in McCandless in 1924.
More than 150 invited guests joined for an outdoor reception on the grounds of the St. Louise Convent in McCandless to toast the beginning of this celebratory year alongside the illumination of the Vincentian Centennial Light Garden. See photos below!
Upcoming centennial events include a Care for the Caregivers daylong event in November, and a Christmas concert in December.
