Your answers to the survey will assist the Vincentian Board of Directors Compliance Committee in assessing the effectiveness of Vincentian’s Compliance Program.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. Although the survey is online, no one will be able to identify you or your answers. You can remain anonymous.
If you so desire, you may leave your phone number in the space provided at the end of the survey to enter yourself in a drawing for several $25 gift cards. The Vincentian Compliance Officer will call the winning phone numbers. Participation in the drawing is voluntary. The survey will close at the end of the day on Monday, November 6th.
