On Wednesday, March 20, Vincentian hosted “Care for Family Caregivers,” a day-long event designed to provide much-needed respite and support to the amazing individuals who dedicate themselves to caring for loved ones.

Throughout the day, caregivers were able to:

- Learn from experts: Age-Friendly Pittsburgh, Anchorpoint Counseling, and other organizations offered valuable workshops on topics like stress management, self-care techniques, and navigating the healthcare system.
- Prioritize self-care: Caregiver burnout is a serious concern. By attending this event, participants took a vital step towards prioritizing their own well-being.
