UMPC Health Plan members should receive a brochure in your mail this week about the Thrive for Wellness program. It focuses on getting started with the program and registering for your MyHealth OnLine account and downloading the MyHealth mobile app.
We also developed a Thrive for Wellness flyer that breaks down the many ways you can earn the 250 Wellness Points you need to qualify for a reduced annual deductible in 2022 and a per paycheck discount in the premium payment in 2022.
Here are two ways employees can earn 50 points:
- Join the nine-week UPMC Homerun for Health Challenge, which begins May 17. Registration ends May 24.
- Run the Nazareth Virtual 5K, hosted by Sisters of Charity of Nazareth (Vincentian’s sponsoring congregation), any time between June 5 – 13.
